This policy explains how Disclosure Register (“we,” “us”), a project of Roe Aque Internet Properties, handles information when you visit this website.

Information we collect

Disclosure Register is a static, informational site with no user accounts. We collect very little:

Basic analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device or browser type. This is used in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you.
Email, only if you give it. If we offer a newsletter or updates and you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you provide solely to send you those updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to respond.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies

We aim to keep cookie use to a minimum. Any analytics or, in future, advertising providers we use may set cookies or similar technologies; where required, we will request consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate the site — for example a static-site host, an analytics provider, and (if you subscribe) an email provider. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete personal information and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” — which we do not do. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
